This crashes every time I try to email an article. Have to reinstall, then it happens again. Otherwise, a very handy app.

Im a subscriber. I like the app but now they want me to pay an additional buck a month to use the app? Not happening. Its not worth it
Ads at the bottom of screen is a distraction. There seems to be an issue with the radar in weather. Its buggy, and it emits an epileptic image. Otherwise, an ok app.
Been a subscriber to the daily paper all my life. Now to have to pay more for a little app that requires zero printing!?? Just deleted the app as has everyone else..nice move Herald. May even cancel my paper subscription too..existing subscribers should not be charged for mobile service, cmon
Not good for a company that puts out an excellent online edition. Not much effort here.
I USED TO GET THE PAPER DELIVERED TO MY HOME-NOMORE-WHY WASTE THE MONEY WHEN YOU GET THE SAME CONTENT FREE-THANK YOU APPLE+THE MIAMI HERALD
Crashes, then asks me to sign-in, then crashes again. Did I mention that it crashes?
It seems I can get the more-important Miami Herald local articles via the AP app. Since the vast majority of articles were mere edits of AP content, I probably wont miss anything. I am looking into the Sun Sentinel app in addition to SunSentinel twitter account. Really, Herald, you will lose more ad-eyes after the paywall with a net loss in revenue, regardless of monies raised through net-only subscriptions, in addition to poor relationship with "readers." If anything, you should have considered the paywall for non-resident readers, counting on correct self-reporting.
Dear Miami Herald, Your new update with its new formatting is a disaster. The previous version was wonderful - so easy to navigate, quick to change between sections, and visually appealing. The new format is the exact opposite of every you had done right in the previous version! Please go back!
The revamp is more functional and better graphics are a plus but why do they chose to cut the weather report and radar. South florida is the home of hurricanes, tropical waves and cold fronts so in their infinite wisdom they cut weather. Thank god I only pay 99 cents a month for this
This app was a fairly good app prior to the last couple of updates. Now you cannot access any articles unless you sign in and register yourself into the app. I will be now deleting this app in favor of other news apps that doesnt want all my personal information and sign in with yet another password.
Utter nonsense since the update - if I want read any article or blog I need to sign in with press+ password - EVERY TIME. Have tried contacting the Herald with emails to rectify and got no response. App will be deleted
I have a home subscription & am supposed to have access to stories using the app. Half the time the story wont open. Both times I updated the app it kicked me off & now is useless. Not worth the aggregation. Im done with it. Now using local news apps for my local stories.
Why am I still seeing articles from 4 days ago? I want todays news not yesterdays!
Love the app. Love the paper. Love the news. Love the sports. Even love the newest layout of the app. I hate that I have to delete and reinstall the app anytime I try to reopen it after shutting down my phone. That is worth -2 stars off a perfect 5.
Cant comment from app. Doesnt even have a link that take you to the mobile page so we can comment. Confusing layout. It keeps saying South Florida when referring to the miami area, when south florida includes the miami area and the keys. The Miami area consists of all Palm Beach, Broward and Dade. Theres no option to see just news in the city, or just Dade, Broward or Palm Beach. Some local news arent listed in the local news section.
...
poor app. I keep getting kicked off subscription and cannot access it. I have to delete it and re-install every month
I downloaded this app and loved it at first. It was a great way to get a few quick updates for the Miami area. But then today I guess I hit a "trial limit"? (Which was never mentioned, I could never tell I was on a trial.) The only option is to now pay $0.63/day to subscribe!? In todays digital age of online content you should be generating income from advertising, or charging way less than $0.63/day. Thats $18.90/month to read news online for 5-10 mins a day... Not gonna happen! At least not by me!
Great app!! Only thing is lately it crashes, and wont open up at all no matter how much I try.
